Isolast® J9503

This classic material has the widest range of chemical resistance and can be used practically in all organic and inorganic media as well as in hot water/steam, ethylene and propylene oxide at temperature from -25° to +240°C (-13° to +464°F).

Hardness: 75 IRHD
Colour: black

Isolast® J8325

This high temperature material can be used in applications up to +325°C(+617°F). The material has an excellent general chemical resistance and a low long term compression strain.

Hardness: 75 IRHD
Colour: black

Isolast® J9501

A special material for applications in heavily oxidation media like halogens, ozone or in hot oxidation acids. Also for applications who needs a specific cleanness.

Hardness: 80 IRHD
Colour: white

Isolast® J9509

This material is based on Isolast® J9503, but is harder and can be used in high pressure applications.

Hardness: 90 IRHD
Colour: black

Isolast® J9505

An all-purpose material with low compression strain for very clean applications. Also usable for heavily oxidation acids.

Hardness: 70 IRHD
Colour: white

Isolast® J9512

A high duty material for heavily strong acids and bases (e.g. soda lye) also for superheated steam applications up to 260°C (500°F). The material has a very low compression strain.

Hardness: 85 IRHD
Colour: black

Isolast® J9510

A Shell proofed material for applications with explosive decompression, developed for the oil and gas industry. In addition resistance in oils, superheated steam, sour gas, corrosion protection material with amine additives.

Hardness: 95 IRHD
Colour: black

Isolast® J9516 plus

A white material that meets also the FDA regulations and is very clean.

Hardness: 75 IRHD
Colour: white

Isolast® J9515 plus
