If required with special backup rings (increasing of pressure stability).

Material: NBR, HNBR FKM (Viton®) EPDM EPM silicone polyurethane FEP-Viton® FEP-silicone	-40° to +302°F -40° to +392°F -56° to +284°F -4° to +356°F -76° to +392°F -22° to +257°F -40° to +392°F -76° to +392°F
FFKM-types: Kalrez® Isolast® Simriz® Chemraz® Parofluor®	up to +617°F DuPont Busak+Shamban Freudenberg Green Tweed Parker

• Inside Ø: up to 5.000 mm
• Cross section Ø: 0,35 – 40 mm
• Moulded pulp or sealing ring
glued or joint vulcanized
• Cleaning procedure, e.g. lab-ferment free
• With approval: FDA, KTW, RoHS, etc.
• Temperature: -60° to +325°C
(76° to 617°F)

Coating for decreasing of friction and increasing of wear resistance possible.

		O-rings (non elastomers)

		For static and dynamic sealing. • Material: PTFE massive, PTFE glass, PTFE spring loaded, as C-ring with peripheral groove • Pressure: up to 400 bar (5.800 psi) • Temperature: -200° to +260°C (-328° to +500°F)

		Wills Rings®

		Metallic O-ring, axial-static sealing, for liquid or fluid media and high pressure. • Design: massive, hollow or open as C-ring • Material: soft iron, copper, stainless steel, Monel, Inconel • Coating: PTFE, silver or nickel • Pressure: up to 10.000 bar (145.000 psi) • Temperature: up to +850°C (up to +1560°F)
