BeMos one controller

In addition to our multi-sensors (SAW, temperature), up to two other sensors from third-party manufacturers and a speed sensor can be connected to BeMos one to enable even more comprehensive fault diagnostics. All measurement data collected by the controller is pre-processed onboard and transferred to the control center or your cloud via industrial interfaces. In addition, the controller provides our web application via an integrated web server.

In this system, the measurement data is visually processed so that detailed information about the status of the monitored machine can be viewed regardless of time and location. Individually adjustable alarms and warnings help to maintain systems in a timely, condition-oriented and planned manner and to increase the availability of machines. The most important parameters are logged in the internal memory of BeMos one. For long-term data storage, a data logger can be connected to the controller via USB.
