Efficient condition monitoring for pumping systems
Welcome to the DOT platform — your solution for efficient condition monitoring and sensor-based monitoring of rotating equipment. Our innovative technology enables pump manufacturers and plant operators to keep an eye on the condition of their pumps at any time and to react proactively to potential problems.
By integrating advanced sensors, we offer a reliable solution to identify damaging trends and prevent failures. With the DOT platform, you can optimize the operation of your pumping systems, extend the life of your pumps and minimize unexpected costs.

Our product packages include our previous measurement technology platform BeMos One combined with suitable sensors and components to monitor a variety of potential causes of faults in rotating equipment. The advanced ultrasonic measurement technology of the DOT platform makes it possible to make the benefits of BeMos one even more space-saving and energy-efficient, as well as more cost-effective and scalable. Installed directly on the pump, the vibDOT can record various measurement data. The collected information is then sent to the control center or a cloud, for example, and can also be accessed via the DOTapp. You administrate your data!

The dotApp is an application for use on mobile devices such as smartphones. Its primary purpose is to set up the communication interface with a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA system), set measurement parameters and display the measurement data from BestSens DOTs.
The app consists of various views, each of which performs specific functions. The available views are as follows:
Dive into an intuitive list view that shows all sensors within your Bluetooth range. Instantly recognize the health of each sensor and potential threshold breaches.
The sensor view helps you analyze your sensor's metrics in detail. The selected metrics are presented on an intuitive instrument panel, which brings clarity and efficiency to your analysis. This view serves as a central point of access to seamlessly navigate sensor settings and event log and provides comprehensive management and control of sensor data.
Unleash the full potential of your sensor with the event log. Comprehensive and secure storage of the latest sensor events right on your device. Create a seamless history for your monitored asset, with the option to select a specific date or time period and apply various filters for targeted event analysis.

The interplay of the components enables the DOT platform to be seamlessly integrated into your own process and server structure. The splash-proof DOTbox contains a PoE switch for powering and connecting several DOT sensors as well as an LTE router if you want to use a mobile data connection.
The DOT platform is rounded off by software packages for mobile and stationary data connection. The DOTapp gives the user a quick overview of all DOTs within wireless range and their status. With the app, you can connect with the active DOTs via a wireless radio connection and thus retrieve and visualize current measurement data and events since the last connection.
TheDOTserver software package is a container that contains various applications to receive, save and visualize the measurement data from the DOT sensors via MQTT. Alerts and various notification paths can also be configured. The DOTserver package can be installed on any PC or server, as it is based on Docker technology and can be set up almost anywhere in the world thanks to an Internet connection.
Customers with their own infrastructure can also fetch the measurement data directly from the DOTs via OPC-UA or MQTT and process them further in their own control center, for example.
Both vioDOT and sealDOT have the advantage that they are connected to the switch via PoE. In contrast to a battery-powered solution, this enables a continuous data stream that can transfer results several times a minute. The sealDOT is attached directly to the housing via a thread and is able to measure not only the temperature on the pump housing, but also directly in the seal.
