The METAX L8 rod sensors are used to monitor operating status and wear on bearings and machines. Two identically constructed L8 sensors are connected via cable to the transmission and reception path of the BeMos One Controllers connected to form a measurement point.

Safe mounting options
Thanks to quick-locking push-pull connectors, connecting sensors to machines is child's play. METAX L8 sensors are available in various lengths and protection classes. In this way, we can always offer you the right sensor solution for your individual application.
Compression
The sensors compensate for minor material expansions due to silicone embedding on the front end and adapt to different external warehouse radii.
Spring-prestressed compression fitting
The sensors maintain optimal contact with the outer bearing ring, even if temperature fluctuations in the machine result in a different expansion of the rolling bearing outer ring and housing.
Variants
The version of the L8 multi-sensor is available in various lengths. Individual length adjustments are also possible by arrangement.
