We then determine whether and which design improvement, alternative mode of operation or improved material combination or selection can lead to extended service life. We carry out this service independently of the manufacturer.
Trainings and workshops
In our training courses for designers, users and maintenance personnel, we explain the performance characteristics of various seals and sealing systems for sealing rotating shafts in a comprehensive but practical way using examples.
Repairs
METAX repairs mechanical seals, rotary joints and wave lip sealing systems of various designs and manufacturers. After the damage analysis and cost calculation, you decide whether you want reconditioning or a new component.
